Article 1. General

1.1 By placing an order you agree with the terms and conditions of MANANA JEWELS.

1.2 MANANA JEWELS had the right to change these conditions and the content of the website at any time.
 

Article 2. Orders

2.1 For all items, as long as stocks last, when an article is temporarily, or no longer available, we will inform you accordingly. In this case you can cancel the order free of charge. MANANA JEWELS will return your payment within 2 working days. However, it may take a number of business days longer before the amount is credited to your account.

2.2 If you order an item that is not in stock at that moment, you should take into account a longer delivery time, you will be kept informed by us.

2.3 It is possible to cancel an order by sending an e-mail to info@mananajewels.com. If the order has already been shipped, the full shipping costs will be charged to you.

2.5 In case of force majeure, MANANA JEWELS has the right to suspend the ordered items from the customer or to dissolve the agreement. We inform the customer by e-mail.
 

Article 3. Pricing

3.1 All prices in the webshop include B.T.W. and excluding shipping costs.

3.2 All prices in the webshop are subject to price changes and / or typing errors.

3.3 Changed prices do not affect orders already placed.
 

Article 4. Payments

4.1 Payments must be made via iDEAL, bank transfer, Paypal, Mister Cash or SofortBanking

4.2 In the event of typing errors in the price, and the price is therefore no longer in proportion to the product MANANA JEWELS has the right not to ship these products. You will be notified by mail.
 

article 5. Shipping

5.1 Upon receipt of payment to MANANA JEWELS, your order will be delivered to TNT's courier on the same working day, provided it is in stock, and delivered to you as soon as possible. Of course it is possible that circumstances will result in your order being delivered to TNT later on. We will inform you about this.

5.2 The shipping costs in the Netherlands via Post.nl € 1.95 per order, by registered mail box € 7.95 per order and parcel post € 6.95 per order.

5.3 If you choose to have your order sent via letterbox, MANANA JEWELS is not liable for loss or damage by Post.nl. With a registered package the costs for loss or damage can be recovered from the courier.
 

article 6. Delivery time

6.1 We strive to deliver the product within 2 - 4 business days after receiving the payment. At the latest the product will be delivered within 5 working days after ordering. If this is not possible (order temporarily out of stock) or there is a delay for another reason, or an order can not or only partially be executed, you will receive a message within 1 day after placing the order and in that case the right to cancel the order without costs. The custom made and made-to-order products have a delivery time of 5-10 working days, this is always mentioned with the relevant product.

6.2 Exceeding any delivery term does not entitle the customer to compensation.
 

article 7. Exchange and return

7.1 From the moment the customer receives the order at home, he has a trial period of 14 days. Within this period the article can be adapted and viewed. After the expiry of the 14 days, the purchase agreement is binding.

7.2 During the trial period, the customer has the right of withdrawal, whereby he / she has the possibility to return the goods received without any obligation on his /her part.

7.3 During this period you must handle the product and the packaging carefully. You should only unpack or use the product to the extent that is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. If you use your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories, including free promotional items - if reasonably possible - in the original packaging to MANANA JEWELS, in accordance with the instructions provided by MANANA JEWELS.

7.4 Items can only be returned in undamaged, unused / unworn condition and in original packaging with attached price tags and the invoice. Any damage will be charged to the customer.

7.5 The shipping costs and the shipping risk of returns and exchanges are at the expense of the customer.

7.6 Insufficient or non-franked returns are not accepted.

7.7 After returning in accordance with the general terms and conditions, MANANA JEWELS will refund the purchased price to the customer within 2 working days on the account with which payment has been made. However, it may take a little longer before the amount is credited to your account.
 

article 8. Faulty product

8.1 MANANA JEWELS obliges the customer to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to report the defects discovered within 48 hours by e-mail.
 

article 9. Warranty

9.1 MANANA JEWELS guarantees that the products and / or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and / or usability and the legal provisions existing on the date of the conclusion of the agreement. and / or government regulations.

9.2 A warranty period of 3 months applies to all MANANA JEWELS jewelery. The materials that MANANA JEWELS uses are carefully selected. The used gold and silver metal is not made of precious metal such as gold or silver. These metals can therefore discolour due to water and the PH value of the skin. We strive to work with nickel and lead-free material. The earrings are nickel free. Each article is unique and therefore it can always be slightly different from the photo on the website. All jewelry from MANANA JEWELS comes with 3 months warranty. The following cases are not covered by the warranty:

  • Natural wear, (semi) gems may discolour. Especially by the sun.
  • Stains occur in the metal, wax cord or stones by water, perfume and cosmetics.
  • Metal that is discolored by contact with water, perfume or body lotion.
  • Metal that is discolored by the acidity / PH value of the skin.
  • Items that are broken or damaged because they have fallen.
  • (Semi) Gemstones that are broken or damaged because they have fallen.
  • Complaints that have arisen due to misuse of the items.


9.3 If you want to return due to defects in the product, you must send an email to: info@mananajewels.com. Clearly state the defects and indicate the date on which you purchased the product. MANANA JEWELS will take care of a suitable solution if the guarantee period has not yet expired.

9.4 After assessing your return / complaint, MANANA JEWELS has the right at all times to decide which solution is most appropriate within the warranty period set by the supplier. This can be a repair or a replacement product.

article 10. Liability

10.1 MANANA JEWELS is not liable for color deviations. The color of the product on screen may not be 100% the same in some cases. At all times an attempt is made to approach the actual color as accurately as possible.

10.2 The contents of the webshop and other expressions of MANANA JEWELS have been compiled with great care. MANANA JEWELS can not, however, exclude that certain information is not correct and / or incomplete. MANANA JEWELS is not liable for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by it inadvertently.
 

article 11. Reservation of ownership

11.1 The ownership of the delivered products will only pass if the customer has paid all that the customer owes to MANANA JEWELS under the agreement (s) concluded with regard to the delivered products.
 

article12. Force majeure

12.1 In case of force majeure MANANA JEWELS is not obliged to compensate the resulting damage to the customer, except and insofar as the customer has had an advantage as a result of the force majeure situation that he would not have had in the case of correct performance.
 

article 13. Applicable law and disputes

13.1 Law applies exclusively to all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these general terms and conditions apply.

13.2 It may happen that you are not satisfied with a product and / or service. Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by e-mail via: info@mananajewels.com. We will then respond to your complaint as soon as possible.

13.2 If the dispute does not reach a solution, each of the parties is authorized to submit the dispute to the competent court.

 

article 14. Privacy

14.1 If you place an order with MANANA JEWELS, we need your name, invoice and delivery address, telephone number and your e-mail address. Your information that you provide to us online will not be provided to third parties. We use other information, including the contact form, exclusively to improve the content of our site.

14.2 If you give your personal data to our e-mail customer base we will not provide data to third parties. If you no longer wish to receive e-mail, you can unsubscribe via info@mananajewels.com.
